MyPacking is a premium packaging solutions provider based in Exeter, United Kingdom. We specialize in custom-designed packaging, business cards, promotional materials, and sustainable packaging alternatives.

We offer a comprehensive range of packaging and printing services, including:

• Custom packaging design and production
• Business cards and promotional materials
• Sustainable and eco-friendly packaging solutions
• Free design consultation and proofing services
• Fast UK delivery with tracking

When you place an order:

1. You select your product, customize specifications, and provide artwork (or request our design service)
2. We review your order and artwork, then provide a digital proof for approval
3. Once you approve the proof, payment is processed and production begins
4. Your order is manufactured, quality-checked, and shipped with tracking

Payment terms:

• Payment is required before production begins
• We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna
• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Delivery costs are included in the displayed price (door-to-door)

We offer free design services to help you create the perfect packaging. However, please note:

• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any text, images, or designs you provide are accurate, do not infringe on third-party rights, and comply with applicable laws
• Proof Approval: We will provide a digital proof before production. By approving the proof, you confirm that all details are correct
• Errors: We are not liable for errors in the final product if they were present in the approved proof

We pride ourselves on fast, reliable delivery:

• Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout
• All deliveries include tracking
• Delivery is included in the price—no hidden fees
• We ship to most UK and international addresses (excluding PO boxes)

Please note: Delivery estimates are just that—estimates. While we work hard to meet them, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs, courier issues). We are not liable for delays, but we will always work with you to resolve any issues.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a fair returns policy:

• Defective or Damaged Items: We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or is defective
• Incorrect Orders: If we send you the wrong product, we will make it right immediately
• Custom Orders: Cannot be returned due to a change of mind or customer-provided artwork errors

Your content: You retain all rights to any designs, logos, or content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us permission to use it solely for fulfilling your order.

Our content: All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by MyPacking or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

We take quality seriously and stand behind our products. However, we need to be clear about liability:

• Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question
• We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, business interruption, etc.)
• We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control
• We are not liable for errors in your approved artwork or designs

That said: If we make a mistake, we'll fix it. If a product is defective, we'll replace it. We're here to provide great service, not hide behind legal jargon.

We respect your privacy and comply with UK GDPR and data protection laws.

• We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your orders
• We never sell your data to third parties
• We use secure payment processing (we never store your card details)
• You can request to view, update, or delete your data at any time

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.

When we make changes:

• We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top
• The new terms will apply to orders placed after the update
• Existing orders will remain under the terms in effect when the order was placed

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
