Returns and Refunds Policy

At MyPacking, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns and Refunds Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

- Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or is defective, you are eligible for a return or replacement.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product or the order is incorrect based on your purchase details, we will arrange for the correct items to be sent or offer a refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders due to a change of mind or errors in the artwork/design provided by the customer.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact Us: Email us at returns@mypacking.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please attach photos of the damage to help us process your claim.
- Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item if a return is necessary.
- Return Shipping: If we request the item to be returned, we will provide return shipping instructions. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging where possible.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the defect or damage.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process your refund based on the following guidelines:

- Refund to Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, if a portion of the order is damaged or incorrect, we may issue a partial refund equivalent to the value of the affected items.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or the product was defective.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Custom Orders: Products that are customized (e.g., custom-printed packaging, branded designs) cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Opened or Used Products: If a product has been used or opened and is not defective, it cannot be returned.
- Clearance or Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it with the correct or undamaged product at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please follow the Return Process outlined above.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We require photos of the damage or defect to initiate a return or replacement process. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for the item to be replaced or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

7. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at returns@mypacking.co.uk. We will rectify the issue by sending the correct product and arranging the return of the incorrect item if necessary. Shipping costs for returning incorrect items will be covered by us.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please follow these steps:

- Check with Your Bank or Card Provider: Refunds can take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
- Contact Us: If the refund is still not showing after this time, please contact us at support@mypacking.co.uk with your order details, and we will assist in investigating the issue.
