Do you really cover all of Devon?+

Can the EPOS pull orders from Just Eat / Uber / Deliveroo?+
Yes — we use EPOS systems that integrate with the major aggregators (Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo). All orders land on one screen / one printer, including direct orders from your own website.
What's the minimum packaging order?+
As little as 500 units per SKU for the launch. After launch you can switch to weekly subscription — produce a year's stock once, draw down weekly, no warehouse needed.
How do direct orders save me 30%?+
Just Eat / Uber / Deliveroo charge 25–35% commission on every order. When a customer orders directly through your own website, you only pay card processing (1.5–2%). At even £5k/month in turnover, switching 30% of orders direct can save you £450+ a month.
Is this just for hot food / chip shops?+
No — works for fish & chips, kebabs, fried chicken, smash burgers, pizza, Indian, Chinese, Mexican, sushi, sandwich shops, dark kitchens, ghost brands, food trucks. If you sell food to go, this package fits.
What's the payment structure?+
40% deposit to start, 30% at design sign-off (week 2), 30% at launch (week 4). Multi-Brand operators can pay monthly.
Do I own the brand and website?+
Yes — 100%. All design files, website, domain, trademarks belong to you. We never lock clients in.
What about ongoing packaging supply?+
After launch you have three options: (1) re-order from us as needed, (2) join our weekly subscription so we produce, store, and weekly-deliver your full year's stock, or (3) source elsewhere. No lock-in.
