Can you really do all of this in 4 weeks?+
Yes — provided you make decisions on schedule. We work in parallel: branding, web and packaging design happen at the same time, not in sequence. Every week ends with a review call. The only thing that slows us down is unanswered questions, and we chase those daily.
What if I already have a logo or website?+
No problem — we discount the package accordingly. Many clients come to us with a logo and need everything else, or a website and need branded packaging to match. We'll quote based on what you actually need, not a rigid template.
Do I have to be in Exeter?+
No — we work with clients across Devon (Plymouth, Torquay, Newton Abbot, Exmouth, Tiverton, etc.) and the wider UK. But there's a real advantage to being local: you can pop into our Fore Street showroom, hold the packaging, see the proofs in person. For Devon clients we throw in free hand delivery of samples.
What's the payment structure?+
40% deposit to start, 30% at design sign-off (week 2), 30% at launch (week 4). For Premium / Multi-site we offer monthly payment plans. No hidden fees, ever — what we quote is what you pay.
Is the packaging really pay-weekly, or do I have to buy a year upfront?+
After your initial launch quantity, you can move to our weekly subscription model: we produce and store your full year's packaging, you pay weekly for what you use, and we deliver fresh stock each week. No giant upfront cost, no warehouse needed.
Who owns the brand and the website?+
You do. 100%. All design files, the website code, your domain, your trademarks — yours from day one. We never lock clients into proprietary systems. If you ever want to leave, we hand everything over and wish you well.
What kind of restaurants do you work with?+
All kinds — independent bistros, takeaways, fish & chip shops, dark kitchens, food trucks, coffee shops, family pubs, and small chains. If you serve food and you're opening or rebranding in Devon, we can help.
What happens after launch — is there ongoing support?+
All packages include post-launch support (3 months Starter, 3 months Full Launch, 12 months Premium). After that, you can stay on a low monthly retainer, order packaging through our weekly subscription, or simply pay-as-you-go. No lock-in.
